Our plans are flexible! Short on design projects this month? No worries! Simply pause your membership and your account is put on hold, without any further charges. Our billing cycles are based on 30 days. Here’s how it works: Say you sign up and use our service for 20 days. If you then pause, you’ll have access for the remaining 10 days, ready to use whenever you have a design need.

You’re welcome to submit as many design requests as you need! However, we process projects one, two, or three at a time (depending on the membership plan you select). This ensures our team focuses on delivering exceptional results for each request, preventing overload and maintaining top-notch quality.

Our graphic design memberships offer a diverse range of visual content creation, including logos, brochures, social media graphics, presentations, and more. To ensure efficient project delivery and maintain our focus, we currently exclude projects with specialized requirements like CAD drawings, copywriting, multimedia, animations, websites, books, and large reports. For larger projects like annual reports, we offer flexible solutions tailored to your specific needs. Typically, your design request will be completed within 2 business days. However, if your request is particularly complex, we may require additional time to ensure it meets our high-quality standards.

You can share Google Docs, PDFs, links, images, or even record a Loom video for visual explanations. As long as it’s accessible through Trello, we’re good.

The intricacies and ongoing commitment required for accessible website design and development necessitate a project-based approach. Our website projects start at $50,000 and we do offer a free consultation to see if we’re a good fit for your brand.

Design Positive doesn’t currently offer website design and development within our membership plans. However, for websites we’ve personally built and designed, we’re happy to discuss ongoing maintenance and updates. If you have an existing WordPress website seeking a design and brand refresh from Design Positive, we require access for a comprehensive review. This assessment of capabilities, structure, and compatibility with our workflow ensures a seamless collaboration and successful outcome.
