We were surprised that so many people view Greenpeace simply as a grassroots campaigning group, instead of the well-organized international machine that it is. With 46 offices worldwide, three ocean-patrolling ships, annual income in the millions and an ever-growing list of supporters, they were poised for a first-class, fact-filled, green annual report. We gave them exactly that, using one of their core strengths—their data—to demonstrate just how much work Greenpeace does in a given year. But data alone doesn’t tell the tale; in addition to highlighting key numbers, we selected visually significant images from their vast library to create a report that truly tells the whole Greenpeace story.
